As the founder of BLC Studio, Brie is no stranger to design, but even seasoned creatives can struggle when it comes to designing for themselves.
With a vision that was loud, layered, and deeply personal, Brie knew exactly what she wanted her studio to represent, she just needed an outside perspective to translate that vision into a digital home.
Brie wanted her new site to feel like a stage, a record store, an editorial feature - an immersive brand experience that invites dream clients into a world that’s quirky, maximalist, and unmistakably hers.
The creative direction was anchored in ‘70s and ‘80s nostalgia with a healthy dose of Wes Anderson whimsy and David Bowie flair. Think lots of texture, cut-out graphics, and bold color blocking, all layered together in a way that feels both chaotic and completely intentional.

Details & Inspiration
The Vibe:
- Retro
- Colorful
- Maximalist
- Nostalgic
- Quirky
- Artsy
- Editorial-ish
The redesign is everything — bold, thoughtful, and just the right kind of weird. I’m blown away by her artistry, her eye for detail, and how effortless she made the whole process feel. If you’re thinking about working with her, do it. This girl is the real deal.
